good2go is provided by Parkingeye Limited trading as good2go (“We”, “Our” and “Us”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 5134454 and have Our registered office at 40 Eaton Avenue, Matrix Park, Buckshaw Village PR7 7NA. In limited circumstances, as notified to you “We, “Our and “Us” may also mean our client, where the Automated Billing System is only available to Users selected by or authorised by a specific client and is available only in that client’s car parks.
This Policy will apply to anyone who views or uses the Website including anyone who registers for a good2go Account (“You” and “Your”) and tells You what to expect when We collect Personal Information from You in respect of Your use of the Website and Your application and operation of a good2go Account.
In this Policy the following terms have the following meanings:
Active Vehicle: means a vehicle being identified by its vehicle registration number which has been added to and is actively recorded on Your good2go Account;
Automated Billing Parking Tariff: means the rate payable by the good2go Account holder at each Website, being sums: equal to the Parking Tariffs; or, in the case of Discounted Parking Tariffs, less than the Parking Tariffs required to park, payable to the Car Park Operator under the Parking Contract;
Automated Billing System: means this web-based pay as you go parking tariff payment application;
Car Park Operator: means the owners of car parks or third parties who manage the car park on their behalf with whom We have agreed that the payment of Automated Billing Parking Tariffs required to comply with a Parking Contract can be made via good2go.
Data Protection Legislation means the Data Protection Act 2018 and any other applicable law relating to the processing of personal data; and any other applicable law relating to the processing of personal data or any replacement legislation applicable in England and Wales from time to time (whether or not as a result of Brexit) and in each case, where applicable, any guidance and codes of practice issued by a supervisory authority;
“Discounted Parking Tariffs” means the alternative parking rates offered instead of the Parking Tariff to Motorists authorised to use the Automated Billing System as confirmed by the Car Park Operator and/or the Good to Go Solution Operator; ;
Failed Payment means a scenario where We have been unable to obtain authorisation from Your bank for Your payment against the Recurring Payment Authority;
good2go: means the services provided by Us to those who hold good2go Account to pay Automated Billing Parking Tariffs due to a Car Park Operator;
good2go Account: means a facility for users to apply for and administer an account which enables automated payments of Parking Tariffs;
good2go Solution Operator: means: Parkingeye Limited a company incorporated in England and Wales whose registered office is at 40 Eaton Avenue, Matrix Park, Buckshaw Village, Chorley, PR7 7NA with company number 05134454, who support and host the services.
Manual Top-Up: means a request made by You to add to Your Balance;
Motorist: means the driver of an Active Vehicle, who enters into a Parking Contract with the Car Park Operator;
Parking Contract: means the terms and conditions which apply in respect of parking between the Motorist and the Car Park Operator, including the payment of Automated Billing Parking Tariffs, which will be made available by the Car Park Operator, usually at the time of parking via signage at the car park;
Parking Tariff: where applicable, means the pay onsite tariffs applicable to park at the car park, as advertised by the Car Park Operator for payment by means other than the Automated Billing System;
Payment Card: means the debit or credit card registered for the Recurring Payment Authority;
Payment Processor: means Capita Business Services Limited, a company registered in England under company number 2299747, and whose registered office is at 30 Berners Street, London W1T 3LR who provide the payment processing facility;
Recurring Payment Authority: means the arrangement You enter into with Us and Your bank where You give Us permission to request payments as Auto Top-Ups, Auto Restore Balance and/or Pay-As-You-Park from Your Payment Card on an ad hoc basis;
Website: means parkgood2go.com and all sub-domains or as notified to You on registration and thereafter from time to time;
By using the Website and/or applying for a good2go Account You consent to Us collecting and processing the Personal Information (including sensitive Personal Information) that You provide in relation to Your application or during the course of Your correspondence and communication with us.

good2go shall be the Data Controller of information provided by You for the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation, save for where the Automated Billing System is only available to users selected by or authorised by a specific client and is available only in that client’s car parks, where our client will be the Data Controller. The good2go Solution Operator, the Payment Processor and the Car Park Operator shall be the Data Processors for and on the behalf of Us for the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation.
By submitting information, You consent or confirm that the person on whose behalf You are submitting that information consents, to the use of the information as set out in this Policy.

We, the good2go Solution Operator and/or Payment Processor may retain any information supplied, documents uploaded or issued to Us by You as part of Your application, or in respect of any communications with Us in in respect of Your account for the duration of Your account, or, where necessary, for financial audit purposes or legislative requirements. However, We, the good2go Solution Operator and/or Payment Processor, will not ask You for any more information than We, the good2go Solution Operator and/or Payment Processor need, and We, the good2go Solution Operator and/or Payment Processor will not retain Your information for any longer than required.
We do not share information about You unless it is necessary for the provision of good2go. We will only share Your information as described within this Policy with parties that are either subject to this Policy or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Policy.

You may update Your subscription preferences at any time (including the ability to unsubscribe). Please note that even if You decide not to subscribe to, or to unsubscribe from promotional messages, we may still need to contact you with important transactional (i.e. none promotional) information related to Your good2go Account. For example, if you have unsubscribed from promotional email messages, You may still receive emails when a payment fails to be processed on your good2go Account.
When You register Your Payment Card details or make a Manual Top-Up, You accept that You will be redirected to a separately hosted web page of the Payment Processor and any Personal Information that You supply, via Payment Processor, will be collected and processed by the Payment Processor only for making a Manual Top-Up. Here You will provide your payment card number, expiry date and security code to the Payment Processor and We will be supplied (by the Payment Processor) with the status of the payment and the payment amount, e.g. “paid”, “£10” to enable Us to allocate the payment made to Your account.
We look shall keep Your Personal Information secure by applying security processes that are appropriate to the nature of the information that You provide. As the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure, We cannot guarantee the security of Your information as it is transmitted to our Website over the internet, as such You acknowledge and accept that any such transmission is at Your risk.
We will only process information that You supply whilst making a Manual Top-Up or registering Payment Card details via the Payment Processor and We will not be permitted access to this information, save for the status of the payment, the payment amount, the payment’s reference the last four numbers of the Payment Card, and the expiry date of the Payment Card.
All online card payments are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits. Your Payment Card details are directly processed by the Payment Processor and are not collected nor accessible by Us. The Payment Processor’s online payment management solutions are independently and rigorously security assessed and are certified by Visa and MasterCard as a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Level 1 payment processor. The Payment Processor facilitates Payment Card transactions that are carried out when redirected from the Website. The Payment Processor provides a payment facility only, via its own independent site.
